Independent veterinarians are carrying a lot right now.

From navigating the basics of digital marketing to feeling the growing pressure from larger competitors, many of these demands pull them further away from the work that matters most, caring for families and their pets.

By pure chance, I connected with Dr. Christie Cornelius, an end of life veterinarian who has spent years supporting independent vets as they find their footing in a world that keeps moving faster.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect going into our first conversation, but it became clear very quickly that Christie and her community were people I wanted to support in a meaningful way.

Cohort 1 is now well underway, and I feel genuinely grateful to be working alongside this group. The care, intention, and professionalism you all bring to your work does not go unnoticed.

It’s been encouraging to see so many of you already gaining momentum.

I’ll continue to be here to support you however I can, and to build Chester’s Rainbow into something steady and reliable you can lean on in a fast and often noisy world.
